Reform Nashville closes the gap between people and the resources, relationships, and care they deserve — by going to them. We serve underserved families across Middle Tennessee through mobile, holistic, and partnership-driven community care. 🤝
Our purpose is to provide holistic, accessible care to underserved communities through innovative and mobile solutions. Our vision is more equitable communities where mental, physical, emotional, relational, and financial resources reach people directly — breaking down barriers and fostering lasting change. Our mission is to transform community by providing resources and programs for those in need, ensuring access to holistic care through both traditional and mobile outreach. We believe proximity matters. Care delivered where people already are is more effective than care they have to find on their own.

Reform on Wheels brings essential resources and support directly into underserved neighborhoods — food, clothing, mental health access, and pastoral care delivered where people already are.
Direct partnerships with elementary and middle schools in Davidson and Sumner Counties providing clothing closets, school supplies, hygiene support, and attendance incentives. Our school-based model has helped move partner schools from at-risk attendance status to on-track and prevented over 100 avoidable suspensions. Essentials. Dignity. Opportunity.
Community-accessible mental health workshops, group therapy sessions, and clinical partnerships bringing licensed professional counselors into spaces where people already gather — including barbershops, beauty salons, and recreation centers. Developed in partnership with Purposes Life Counseling.

Where healing happens in the seat you already trust. The Chair exists because Black men deserve access to healing in the spaces where they already feel free. We bring pastoral care and licensed clinical support directly into barbershops where Black men in Middle Tennessee already gather — removing the barriers of access, stigma, and distance that have kept healing out of reach. Developed in partnership with local LPCs.
Programming specifically designed to serve and celebrate women in our community — including survivors of domestic abuse, breast cancer survivors, and women returning from incarceration. Reform shows up for women in crisis and in celebration.

This program equips at-risk youth with creative skills, professional equipment access, and a new lens on their own lives and communities.
Active ministry presence at the Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center and other correctional facilities, providing pastoral care, spiritual programming, and connection for incarcerated individuals and those returning to the community.
Bellshire Elementary School moved from at-risk attendance status to on-track, with multiple students achieving perfect attendance. Our clothing closet at McKissack Middle School prevented over 100 suspensions or early dismissals by addressing dress code barriers directly. Reform on Wheels has delivered resources across Davidson and Sumner Counties in partnership with the Nashville Predators Foundation. Youth Villages and the Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center trust us as partners because we show up consistently and with integrity. The rest of the story is still being written — and you can be part of it.
